To ensure that your visit is as smooth as possible, we request that you spend a little time reviewing the information listed below. Your First Visit
Here at Discover Family Dental, we know just how impactful a first impression can be, which is why we do everything we can to ensure that every patient’s first visit is an absolutely positive experience! From the moment you’re greeted over the phone, to the moment you enter our office, all the way up until you’re leaving and scheduling your next visit, you can expect to feel right at home and at ease.
Our staff will ensure you’re taken back in a timely manner and that your smile receives the detailed care and cleaning it deserves. Your chair time with Dr. Jenkins will also feel productive and informative; he’ll review his findings with you, suggest any appropriate treatments, and help you plan out your smile’s happy and healthy future. Finally, you’ll be walked out to schedule any follow-ups and say goodbye—at least until the next visit!
Patient Forms
Once we’ve scheduled you for your first appointment, you’ll still also need to fill out your patient forms beforehand. We can send you this paperwork however you’d prefer via email or text; we just ask that you complete and submit it before your appointment, since it’ll make things smoother when the day of your visit arrives. Of course, let us know if you have any other questions about these forms; they help us keep tabs on your smile moving forward!
Dental Insurance
Our practice is proudly in-network with a majority of insurance plans; we understand that most of our patients rely on this coverage to improve their dental wellness. When it’s time to pay for your treatment, we’re also more than willing to look through your policy with you to ensure that you’re making the most of your plan’s benefits. We can also help with filing insurance claims; just let us know how we can assist you and make this part of the process easier!

Here at Discover Family Dental, we firmly believe that lacking dental insurance should absolutely not be a roadblock that prevents you, your family members, or anyone else from receiving quality dental care. That’s why we’re happy to offer various financing options, one of which is our in-house savings plan, which will allow you to pay a flat recurring fee for lucrative discounts on all sorts of different dental services. We’re also partners with Cherry and CareCredit, two third-party financers who work with patients to break up the cost of their dental care into affordable installments.
